You’ve probably seen the commercials for energy drinks suggesting you can avoid that mid-afternoon slump. And it’s true that at certain times of the day, we can get a little peckish. We don’t want a full meal, just a little snack.
But those snacks can destroy all the work we’re doing to eat better and stay healthy. And let’s face it, healthy snack just don’t always cut it.
