We like the stir-fry method of cooking. It is quick, easy and can be very flavorful, adjusted to your own taste. Also, stir-frying can be applied to a wide range of ingredients. This can easily accommodate a weekly pot of rice.
Cook the rice first. While that’s happening, chop up your vegetables and meat. Although the recipe uses beef, garlic and peppers, you can use almost any combination you have on hand. In a hot wok with a couple tablespoons of oil, add in your peppers and garlic. Add in the beef strips, frozen vegetables and stir-fry sauce and you’re done.
