There’s been an incredible amount of news and information about food and health. And yet, most Americans are still unhealthy. That’s the gist of the new article on our News Page. NPR’s Scott Hensley reports on the latest news from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
“When it comes to fruit, we’re actually eating less than we did in 2000. Vegetable consumption is flat.”
The next question to be answered is: Why? Unfortunately, Hensley’s article doesn’t answer that question.
