I know bacon is a favorite in this country. But I find it hard to believe people would break into homes and businesses to steal this pork product. Apparently, I’m wrong.
Three young men, two 18-year-olds and a juvenile, are in jail now because they sought to bring home someone else’s bacon. They broke into an Anderson, Indiana store freezer and took three boxes of bacon, valued at $90.
This is the second porcine poaching in a year. Is this a scene of our current tough times, or could nitrates be addictive? Your thoughts?
